Garlic is grown on the Himalayas at an altitude range of 4000ft to 6000ft. It is a nine month crop (Oct to May). Each garlic has 6 to 10 cloves. Size ranging from 20mm to 60mm. The look and the size is similar to chineese garlic but the pungency/taste is much stronger than Chineese garlic. Allicin content is higher than chineese garlic.
